This wreath bearing Narwhal is my eighteenth annual holiday design. Coined the ‘Unicorn of the Sea’, and made famous by Jules Verne’s 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, they are actually a gentle whale closely related to the Beluga. Its horn is not used to spear prey, and its use remains a mystery of the sea. He - being the males have the horn - is signed and dated.
